Vogue CPT Upgrade

Overview

URA Technologies was engaged to execute an audio system upgrade for Vogue CPT, an upmarket lounge located on Buiten Street, Cape Town. The client envisioned an immersive, high-quality sound experience that would allow patrons to enjoy vibrant audio while still facilitating natural conversation.

Project Objectives

The primary objectives of this project included:

• Delivering an immersive and superior sound experience.

• Ensuring patrons could converse comfortably without overwhelming background noise.

• Integrating the existing head-end with additional equipment required to achieve the desired outcome.

• Maintaining the venue's sophisticated aesthetics.

 

Design and Implementation

Following a thorough design process, URA Technologies identified and implemented the Celto Acoustic iFIX8 loudspeakers. These speakers were chosen based on their ability to meet the following specifications:

• High-quality sound reproduction.

• Compatibility with the existing audio system.

• Compact and elegant design, blending seamlessly with the venue's existing decor.

 

Challenges and Solutions

The integration of the new loudspeakers with the existing head-end required careful planning and execution. By employing a meticulous approach, we ensured compatibility and optimal performance of the upgraded system. The installation was completed to meet both the technical and aesthetic standards required by the client.
