Return & Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

2. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@uratechnologies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
